Arlene is a graduate of Vassar College (1978). Married to Tom, graduate of Princeton University (1976). Tom is a graduate of Princeton University class of '76 with a BA in Economics. Tom's first foray into the world of real estate came closely after graduation when he purchased land in Brewster, Cape Cod with his father and built a four bedroom colonial. He gravitated to Wall Street in 1977 and traded for institutional desks at Salomon & CSFB until 1994. Tom then made the switch to Financial Advisor and was employed by DLJ and Morgan Stanley until mid-2007. 

Tom has now teamed up with Arlene, his wife of 30 years, and is enjoying his new career as a Realtor. Real Estate has always been his first love and coupled with a quality background in numbers and advising, he is looking forward to adding value to all of their client realtionships. Their use of thorough mathematical comparisons, complete knowledge of the Short Hills vicinity and their detailed knowledge of construction makes their advice worth exploring.

Arlene and Tom are proud of their success in real estate but in their eyes their greatest success is their five children. 

Trish, graduated from Vassar 2003, received her Masters in Film Production from the Peter Stark program at USC. Trish works for Disney Film Studios. She married Greg Russo July 31,2009,who also graduated from Vassar and is a screenwriter.  

Lauren, graduated from Middlebury 2005, now an 8th grade Teacher in the Bronx Public School system doing what she can to help the world be a better place. She married Brian Erb July 12,2008 who graduated from Middlebury and is teaching High School in the Bronx.  

Tommy, graduated from Amherst 2006 where he was an Academic All-American and Captain of the Swim Team and Captain of the Water Polo Team, now a Trader at Barclays Capital.Chris, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colgate University May 2010, the Tuck Bridge Business Program July 2010 and is an assistant account executive with Saatchi and Saatchi.
Bryan, graduated from Millburn High School where he was Captain of the Varsity Soccer Team which is Essex County Co-Champions and State Champions. He is attending the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St Louis.
